By entering into cyberspace and internet, the Foundation of Cephalonia and Ithaca is launching a new way of communication with all citizens originated from our islands, wherever they live and work around the world, as well as with all people interested in matters related to the environment, culture and sustainable development in the wider region of the Ionian Archipelago.

We hope that IKI's website will constitute a useful informative tool, beside the existing ones operating locally by other associations and institutions and could play a very constructive role in the enrichment of the scientific, intellectual and cultural activity in our islands as well as in their broader space of diaspora at national and international levels.
